A series of exciting activations across the UK, inviting guests to switch up their post-work drink and start their evening in style with a circus themed tequila haven.
The spectacle will offer an evening of acrobatic performance, live music and physical theatre, whilst guests unwind and enjoy a range of delicious Cuervo Tradicional cocktails.
For those wanting to learn how to create fantastic cocktails in their own home, we will be hosting interactive tequila masterclasses throughout the evening.
The Brief
To create and serve a bespoke menu of cocktails that perfectly suit the brand’s fun ethos and the event’s circus theme, whilst hosting five cocktail masterclasses per night. Deliverables include:
• Cocktail menu development
• Bar structure design and build
• Staffing for London & Manchester activations (manager, bartenders, masterclass presenter, promotional staff, hostesses, DJ)
• Provision of stock, branded merchandise, POS, bar equipment, uniforms
Actions
We began by creating a range of circus themed cocktails using Cuervo Traditional tequila and showcasing a range of refreshing, crowd-pleasing flavour profiles. It was important that each cocktail had a coherent reference to the theme whilst allowing the brand’s irreverent style and herbaceous flavour notes shine through.
Once the recipes were approved we designed and sourced the branded vessels, ticket stub garnishes, staff uniforms and branded merchandise to stay in line with the circus theme.
We then designed and constructed a bespoke branded bar unit that was both aesthetically pleasing and functional for high volume cocktail service.
We brought in our own experienced bar managers, mixologists and masterclass presenters with exceptional customer service, technical skill and knowledge of the agave category.
The DJ, hostesses and promotional staff were sourced from our trusted agency partners.
We arranged all logistics involved in stock purchasing and monitoring, POS, transport, deliveries, staff accommodation and training.
